I insist on carrying high quality products and nothing less, because what we give our pets affects their well being and that remains my #1 priority.

Pour les retours et les échanges, le produit doit être dans le même état qu’il a été acheté à l’origine. Cela signifie que tous les emballages et étiquettes d’origine doivent être intacts dans un delai de 7 jours. 

Il est important de noter que si un sceau est brisé ou si le produit n’est pas dans son emballage d’origine, il n’est ni remboursable ni échangeable.
